Application:
- app/Http/Controllers: authentication, dashboard, chat, and tool status controllers
- app/Models: User, Conversation, Message, CreditTransaction
- app/Services/OpenAiChatService.php: server-side OpenAI Responses API integration
- routes/web.php: public, guest, and authenticated routes
- resources/views: landing, login/register, dashboard, chat, tool status pages
- config/: Laravel app, auth, database, session, cache, services and Nexa AI configuration

Database:
- database/database.sqlite: valid local SQLite database with schema and migration records
- database/migrations/: migrations to recreate users, sessions, conversations, messages, credits, cache and queue tables
- database/seeders/DatabaseSeeder.php

Activation:
- setup-windows.bat

Dependencies:
- composer.json is included.
- vendor/ is generated locally by `composer install` and is intentionally not bundled.

Feature scope:
- Registration/login/dashboard/saved AI chat/credit ledger are implemented in this starter.
- Image/video/audio/PDF generation, website deployment, payments, admin and native mobile apps remain future integrations.
